Urgency! high precision strip flute in a square brass tube plated nickel and chrome

Hi, I Need somebody's help!
It's Urgent!

here is a faucet made by square Brass tube, and our customer need we made 10 strip flute on the surface, and the flutes precision is critical ,with 0.2 millimeter depth, 0.4 mm widths, and 100 mm long, and interval of the strip is 0.4 mm.
and most important ,the faucet is need "Buff, polish, and chrome plate" -- what kind of manufacture method should I choose? How to insure the precision?
Any helpful advise for me ?

I would think these flutes could be milled into the brass, and then the item can be nickel-chrome electroplated, although the sharp corners of the flutes are probably poor practice in the "Design for Plating" department :-)

But when a problem is urgent you need to hire a consultant, not wait for a public forum answer; there is no guarantee that anyone will volunteer the information you need ever, let alone in timely fashion :-)

Good luck!

Q. The most difficulty is not milling the flute, it is how to make sure precision in buffing & polishing process?
