Equivalent Plating Test Specification
For your info, I had been instructed by my client to apply a new plating specification on our product. (MFZn13K). For testing purposes, we need to follow the ESX71019 test spec. Unfortunately, we are more familiar with MMC 82-3701. I really need to know whether the given spec. are equivalent or not. Thank you for your kind assistance.
Remark : the product is metal based and meant for automotive parts & components.

I am asking some experienced reader to help me, too, because we have posted similar questions dozens of times and I don't understand the line of thought. I am not trying to be facetious when I say that this question strikes me like asking if "Gone With the Wind" and "War and Peace" are equivalent. How can two specs that differ in even a single word possibly be considered "equivalent"? Thanks.
