A. Hi Chandra,
More words please :-)
I don't know if you mean you need to neutralize the faucet itself (which I think should be done by thorough DI water rinsing), or whether you are talking about needing to neutralize the rinse water or plating solution for disposal -- in which case please search the site with the search term "waste treat chrome", and you'll see several deep discussions of the topic.

A. Hello Umar,
I don't think there is a stain-free neutralizing treatment. I believe you need is excellent DI rinsing.

A. Can't you insert a tank containing sodium metabisulphite solution after the chrome dragout tank and before the water rinsing?

A. Dear Farooq,
Try a 10% sodium bi sulphite final dip as the final rinse before drying.

? Is there a decorative chrome plater out there who is actually using a neutralizing treatment, please? When I was employed by Lancy we used the "integrated" neutralizing treatment after chromating (we used hydrazine as the neutralizer in those days), but I don't remember using it for decorative chrome plating ... maybe I wasn't paying attention :-)
