Permanent mold release for hybrid organic inorganic polymers
2007
Hello,
I'm Mahipal Meena,Phd student in an R&D organization .We are working on hybrid polyamides where the inorganic part is a SiO2 generated in situ by TEOS ,to couple the inorganic part with organic we are using aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES) ,butAPTES also forms stable bond with any free OH group on metal surface of mold and hence it is difficult to remove the hybrid polyamide films from mold.please suggest some permanent mold release, which should be able to withstand high temperatures also.
thanks,

Hello,
I posted an enquiry for permanent mold release and I got answer as teflon spray coating and teflon impregnated electroless coating please suggest the temperature up to which we can use the teflon coated mold, as in our processing we required to cure the hybrid polyimide upto 400 °C.
Thanks
