Reduce electro-nickel plating cost

I am electro-nickel plating small components in barrels. Now with the cost of nickel skyrocketing, I am not able to control my costs. Kindly advice.
Thanks,

Atotech used to market a nickel-iron plating process to deal with this same issue. I don't know if it still exists, but you might inquire.

You do not say what your end use is, so we don't know what you actually need. However, try looking at white bronze plating.
