Uniform Tantalum Oxide on large area, thin Tanatalum foil

I need a process that will coat a large area (>100 cm^2), thin (1-2 mil) tantalum foil with a non-porous oxide. The oxide should be as thin as attainable with a minimum of defects.

I think that if you research how the foil for tantalum electrolytic capacitors is anodized you will have a good answer, Thomas.
