Making paint with copper

I am an RF Engineer. and I want to make paint with copper but copper powder is not soluble in any medium. please tell me how this copper powder will dissolve to make paint.

Hello Anjli. This site is more about metal finishing than about the design of factories to formulate chemical products. Is there any reason you can't simply buy copper paint? Are you trying to get a copper-like color, or are you trying to make a conductive paint similar to Acheson Colloids' "DAG" metallizing solutions for RF attenuation purposes? Or is it possible that what you really require is copper electroplating and you may be misunderstanding the technology, thinking that this is done by painting? More detail please.

Hello Anjli, formulation of chemical products is interesting. please tell the purpose of making copper soluble, either a copper-like color, or a conductive paint is the interest if so then several processes can be undertaken to have the copper ions in the formulation.
different mixed solvents can be prepared for this purpose
for RF attentuation. the formulations can be tested with survismter.
