Clear Coating Raw Aluminum
I have always been old that Aluminum is an "active metal" and that you cannot just spray any old lacquer or polyurethane on untreated aluminum. And, the treatments required cause a yellow/green color. Is this true? What can I use on Brushed aluminum to keep the black oxides from getting on everything that touches it?

With what you have at risk, I think that you should hire a very specialized highly qualified consultant. Check out the list at this site.
