Restoring 1917 Bronze Plaques From Old Bridge
My company is restoring an old bridge on the Tennessee River. We have 3 large bronze plaques about 3' x 6' that need to be restored. They cannot be removed from the concrete. The lettering looks fair. How should we do this? Any suggestions.
