Guidelines for Type I,II,III anodize and chem film

We are a custom etching company that's setting up an anodize line as well as a chem film line. I'm looking for an instruction booklet for these processes. We are already AS9600 and ISO 9100 approved but wish to bring these processes in house.
Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.

Mike,

Your question is surprisingly common on this site, so you may want to start by searching the archives for similar questions and their answers. Alternatively search the books section, there are plenty on the subject. One of the main contributors to this site has a book out at the moment that will be of help (Robert H Probert's Aluminum How To).

When setting up your plant I would suggest you hire a consultant to advise you how to go, you could easily make some very expensive mistakes if you try to go it alone without the technical expertise required.
