LOOKING FOR PLASTIC COATING TRAINING / UNIVERSITY

Dear all,

I am interested to metallurgy process such as plastic coating, heat treatment and etc, I am a consultant system for manufacture. I want to built a small factory . My background education is Metallurgy but practically I know not much for metallurgy process(electroplating, plastic coating, heat treatment and etc).

Do you know university or college which has specialization for metallurgy process? I need univ/college which teach not only for theory but implementation as mass prod. I need emphasizing in mass production lesson. If you know that please inform me.

I am sure in my country, economic development is decided by raising number of factory/ product realization .
