Colour variation in anodized part
I do anodizing with sulfuric acid. Sometimes it happened to me that two parts with the same shape, and of the same material, and fixed in the same rack (titanium rack) after anodizing and organic coloring, end up with different shades; one totally black and the other is grey-ish black. It totally confuses me because as I said nothing is different about the treatment. Do you have the answer?

Check the anodizing thickness, Abdullah. Lack of color saturation is often due to the fact that the anodizing isn't thick enough to absorb enough dye. Perhaps a bad contact.
