Dulling application for hot dip galvanization

Can you explain the dulling application for hot dip galvanization process

We are producing hot dip galvanized products. A customer contract contains dulling application for their products. During we are producing the products ( tower components), I noticed that the customer contract mentions about dulling process for hot dip galvanizing. What does the dulling process meaning? After galvanization process is there any dulling process for galvanized surfaces.

This sounds like a recipe for a contract dispute, Ilhami. If someone describes what "dulling application" means to them, it is not necessarily what "dulling application" means to your customer. I think that, without any embarrassment, you can ask the customer what exactly it is that they want. If I am wrong and "dulling application" has a universal meaning to those in the art, someone will surely correct me.
