Aluminum content in anodize solution

I do anodize work in a small plating shop, I also do the volumetric analysis (titration) on the anodize solution. We offer Type II & III coatings along with organic and inorganic dyes. My question is when the aluminum content is at a high concentration in the bath, does it start to affect the sulfuric acids ability to fully disassociate to its positive and negative ions or does the sulphate anion coordinate to the aluminum cation not allowing the sulphates migration to the anode which is supposed to discharge at the pore? or both. THANKS,
