Passes after flaming on all ink levels 30 to 56Nm
Good Day,
My name is Shane, I am a quality engineer at Venture. We are in the moulding and painting of plastic components for the automotive industry. Currently we are facing a very interesting observation and are unable to find an explanation at this stage.Using testing inks 30 and 35 before flaming we achieve passes and failures at 41 to 56 which is good as far as the unflamed part is concerned. The problem is after flaming we achieve passes on all inks from 30 to 56Nm. Fresh dyne inks were used, so there is no contamination of the inks. The same is seen after deliberately overflaming the part. What can cause this, can the gas used in the flaming procedure play a role in this observation?
