Need non-conductive spray paint

I am building a metallic (mostly steel) structure on which I will install bare hook-up wire conducting about 12V of current to LED lamps. I need my steel structure to be insulated so it doesn't shortcut with the wires. I am researching all possibility of coating that could do that. I need something that is going to be transparent, white, silver or, even better, light reflecting.

Powder coatings leave a plastic (non-conducting) layer over processed surfaces and have a variety of colors. Has to be baked in an oven.
