Junaid,

Is the variation observed in the work piece? Is it observed in different work pieces of same batch? or is it observed from batch to batch?

The problem could be
1. Variation in Anodic thickness
2. variation in dye concentration (either from batch to batch or improper mixing of the dye bath)
3. Non uniform dye bath temperature
4. Variation in pH

Hope this helps....
