Instrument for measurement of polymer plasma treatment

I am trying to look for information about the effectiveness of plasma to prepare the surface of the polymer. Also looking to learn about instruments for measurement of plasma treatment of polymer.

Suggest that you contact the Society of Vacuum Coaters and buy their CD-ROM of papers presented at past meetings. There are many papers on the subject. See in particular "The Historical Development of Controlled Ion-assisted and Plasma-assisted PVD Processes" in 1997 for references.
