Brown Black color on 1018 steel for interior display

I am looking for a simple (spray on?) Brown Black color on 10 18 steel for interior display

Oil your object(very sparingly,any edible oil or fat can be used),then heat it with hot air gun to cca. 200-400 C(gas burner can be used too,but only on backside).Good luck!
