How to strip and recover Silver from Alloy 42 parts




Can anyone just tell me a immersion based method of fast stripping silver plating from Alloy 42 parts? and how to recover Silver after stripping?

Silver can be removed from alloys by solving in specific acids, Ag separation as precipitate, solubilization and Ag electroplating on an Ag electrode. We used this technology for different alloys composition.

Dissolve it in nitric acid & recover silver from silver nitrate.
