Engelhard E-74 Gold Plate Make Up Bath

I have some Engelhard E-74 Potassium Gold Cyanide and related chemicals I use to make a small high concentrate plating bath for swab plating. I lost my bath mixture instructions and find that Engelhard no longer supports this product. Does anyone have a break down of of the ingredients of acid, salt, brightener, DI water to make the base mixture for this?
