Corrosion resistance and extra white finish for stainless steel investment castings

We are manufacturer ofe stainless steel pipe fittings in India, we are in process to develop extra white finish of stainless steel pipe fittings items with proper corrosion resistance level achieved. how we can have such finish?

The term extra white does not say much. Maybe it is a brand name or a coloquial expression. Perhaps what you are looking for is a pickling and passivation which is done by immersion in a blend of nitric and hydrofluoric acids, both of which are extremely toxic and dangerous, specially the last one.
