Tin tank standards?

If someone could please fill me in on what the standard concentrations should be for an alkaline tin electro tin solution. I am especially interested in what they should be for Tin Metal, Stannate and Hydroxide.

The Metal Finishing Guidebook gives a recipe for rack plating as 100 g/L potassium stannate, 40 g/L tin & 15 g/L potassium hydroxide. For barrel plating, the respective concentrations are 200, 80 & 23 g/L. Note: potassium stannate refers to the trihydrate form.

ASTM B545, 'Standard Specification for Electrodeposited Coatings of Tin,' gives thickness & quality requirements.
A little learning can be a dangerous thing; expensive, too. What's your purpose?

We are plating tin onto copper surfaces as a protectant. Basically anywhere that the metal is going to be touching any other metal.
