Powdercoating conveyor belt rollers
I need a cost effective solution to powder coat steel conveyor belt rollers before they have their end bearings and axles installed. The bearing surfaces must to be masked and we need to devise a jig/masking system to enable us to powder coat the rollers. Unfortunately the roller sizes vary considerably with 8 bore sizes ranging from 47 mm to 110 mm. Roll diameters range from 102 mm to 179 mm and face widths range from 100 mm to 2000 mm. I would appreciate anybody out there in the finishing world with a suggestion or solution. Pre-treatment or priming is not required.

You don't say why you state that "pretreatment is not required". I'd question that. Pretreatment is mainly about adhesion. Is adhesion not important? If not why coat at all?
Conveyor rollers will be subject to a lot of wear (assuming they are in contact with the belt) and powder coating might not be the best coating to choose anyway!
