Hydrogen pick-up test; reaction plan

When my titanium test coupons, that have been etched in nitric hydrofluoric acid, are returned above the allowable 15 ppm spec, what is my reaction plan? The tank is titrated immediately prior to processing the coupons.

Q. Can you tell me how hydrogen pickup test for etching solution of titanium is carried out ? Reference is ASTM E1447.
