MIG (metal inert gas) wire produced by a drawing and fast coppering of steel wire process.
A solution of copper sulphate ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] and sulfuric acid is used.
Is there any handbook or books available containing information to optimize wire surface cleaning and coating chemical process?

There are many. Approach a vendor of plating chemicals in your area. He may be able to get you a copy of the Metal Finishing Guide & Directory. Alternatively, approach a good library at a local university or school, a technical bookstore or buy on-line.
