Cannot get a consistent pattern in hammertone

We are preparing hammertone paints with the help of maleic modified alkyd resin. we are getting the pattern but with different sizes and different colors in different application. I would like to know the weather there is any method for spraying the hammertone finish?

The parts you paint are well grounded is KV consistent is mil thickness consistent some hammertones will change appearance when sprayed at different mil thicknesses also do you reclaim this material if so do you have the ability to control the reclaim to virgin ratios. These are some areas I would look to first.
