What will turn Cast Aluminum Black?

We have cast aluminum patio furniture that is powder coated black. There are some chips on the furniture that makes it silver. I heard at one time there was a product or chemical that you can put on the chip and it will cause a chemical reaction and turn the chips black. Does anyone have additional information that might solve my problems?
