Chrome plate adhesion

Does anybody know any powerful adhesive or film for Chrome plate to fabric adhesion ?

Either I have never heard of what you are doing, or else you are misunderstanding how fabric is metallized. Please try to describe your situation in greater detail for me, Ahmet. Thanks.
