Looking for heat resistant powder and pretreatment process for the same.




sirs/mam, hi I am into powder coating business. we are job coaters of automobile industries. what information I want or rather need is as follows:

1. is there any company that manufactures high heat/thermal resistant powder.(400-700 deg C).

2. the process or pretreatment needed to do for withstanding such high temp.

3. the base metal is made of CRC DD quality thickness 0.8 mm. please people this is an urgent help I need from anyone who knows about this information.

I've done some testing of powder paints applied to an aluminized steel substrate, tested up to 485 °C, as we've considered switching to powder on two occasions.
