Masking material for a part for electrodeposition of paint (CED)
We like to go for cathodic electrodeposition for some of our tube like parts where both opened sides are machined and available for connecting to ground wherein require electrical conductivity. We need to mask the machined portion to avoid electrical insulation after CED. The mask is to be provided or fixed at the portion after phosphating. Please suggest the suitable masking material and how to mask the same.
