Bubbles observed on the plated parts after 15 days

We are manufacturing Sheetmetal parts, we are supplier to medical systems, Recently we have faced the problem of formation of bubbles on plated perts after 15 days.
Please give me the details regarding why bubbles occur after plating?
what is the solution to avoid formation of bubbles after plating?

Unfortunately it's a lot more complicated than that, Satish. The most common problem is poor cleaning, but there are many others. What is the substrate and the plating process?

Enhanced Humidity exceeding 55% aggravates this in the event you are using Hot Rolled Pickled Steel which is quite porous.
If your steel is good >DD or >EDD quality then poor process control in Plating should be the cause of this.
