Velvet coating

I am an artist and am trying to find out whether I can use this technology for my work. I am interested in finding out how it is done and if I may utilize it independently, outside a factory/lab. The information pending will determine my use of velvet coating (similar to plastic toys that are velvet coated - or certain synthetic fabrics), therefore I cannot specify my exact plan. I will gratefully receive any information or referral. Thank you.

Dear sir,
You can coat velvet or other synthetic coating with Electrostatic flocking gun, with all kind of material available in international market, This can be done in your lab also,The process is that you put special glue on the items and the area which you want to coat.then face the gun pointing towards the subject, the charged material shoot son the object and 10 % go deep into glue, after glue is dry remove extra sprayed material then you will see perfect velvet coated item, you can do this coating in four colours also.
