What is the standard temperature for powder coat burn-off and how does it effect threaded holes

I would like to find out what the standard oven temperature is to burn off powder coating and what effect it has on threaded holes.

I typically have parts mad of Aluminum (1100-0, 2024, 5052, & 6061), CRS, & HR/HRP&O, in varying thickness (1/4"-20ga) powder coated and would like to know what risks, if any, are associated with these materials.

Dear Sir,
The coating powder burning temperature is 350 °C approx.,
If you burn the aluminum parts at this temperature the hardness will be damaged, the holes can be cleaned. Powder coating is thermoset plastic it will burn to become carbon.
