Hello friends,
I work on a laboratory and one of our customer ask for our reference on impurity analysis like Fe, Ni, C, Pb, Cu using atomic absorption spectrophotometer this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] . Can you help us to locate the international standard basis for this procedure, i.e., ASTM, JEDEC, OR anything else ... I want to know also the exact reference nos.

Thanks a lot,
