MIL STD 105E

2006

Hello,
for the application of MIL-STD-105E procedure,is it possible o modify the listed sample number? Because I have limitation of human resource if I have to follow the procedure. For example, N=4500 AQL=0.1 and level = I then I'll get sample size 125 pieces with certain N and C value. Is it possible to reduce the sample number?
Thanks for your help.

See Paragraph 4.7.3 for switching from normal to reduced level of inspection. Basically, it's allowed if good results were obtained for the previous 10 lots inspected. Possibly, negotiable with your customer.

Also, get MIL-HDBK-53/1A, "GUIDE FOR ATTRIBUTE LOT SAMPLING INSPECTION AND MIL-STD-105."
