Facing problems on mild steel plating

Hi! I am running a plating plant in India, Maharashtra, Pune..

The problem I am facing is with mild steel components. The problem is with a specific product. This product is a box which fits into the wall for wiring. The finish and the brightness is fine but the problem is that at a particular place, after about 24 - 36 hrs. the job gains black spots.

I have been working on this problem since the last 1 month. I cannot find a solution and have tried many processes on this particular job. If required I can provide pictures of the same.

I need assistance as soon as possible.

Please get back to me as soon as possible. Awaiting for help.

Some time chromate on top of zinc plating either trivalent or hexavalent will exhibit stains under due to corrosive atmosphere. Better try sealent available in the market over chromate will prevent this stains.
