Double copper plating

In doing chrome plating on ABS, after the pre-treatment, I wish to put a low voltage copper tank and then shift the material to a high voltage copper tank due to concerns of contamination and burning of material.
Will this have any effect on the quality of plating, with respect to peel off or other defects.

Mr. Rahul ,

You can do copper or nickel strike after pretreatment on your plastic parts.

Dear Rahul,

I think you are using Copper strike baths, this is good for ABS plating. Don't worry about any defects such as peel off and etc. only you are maintain bath parameter such as Sulphate, H2SO4 and imp. is Chloride concentration is perfectly maintain.
If you are maintain bath parameter there is no any problem.
Not to need a strike nickel plating. only you are plating Strike copper and duplex nickel chrome on ABS plating.
