Hours of salt spray test for automobile chrome plated components

I want to know time length of salt spray test for automobile chrome plated components. We are facing problems of corrosion on our motorcycle components.

Salt spray is an accelerated corrosion test that at best is an indicator of real world performance.
You have a corrosion problem that needs fixing.
Do you have a nickel undercoat? If not, add one. If yes, make the coating a little thicker or preferably go to a duplex nickel coating. This may not be available in all areas of your country, but it is available from a few good vendors.
You might make your chrome a few percent thicker, but not much as it does not add a great deal to the corrosion resistance.
