Sodium Percarbonate + Sodium Metasilicate as roofing/siding cleaner?

2006

I would like to know if Sodium Percarbonate and sodium metasilicate this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] combined would make an effective Roof and Siding cleaner. I'm seeking a safer and more yard and plant friendly alternative to bleach, which is the standard here in South Carolina. I use Sodium Percarbonate with great results on the decks I clean and finish now.

I need to remove/kill algae, fungus, mold and black streaks from roofs and siding; as I will be including this as a add on to my deck business. I have observed some yards after bleach has been used without care, it's not a pretty sight.

Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
