PCB without housing coating for a space application
2006
Hi,
Could someone tell me what kind of coating do I need for a PCB that is embarked on a satellite. The PCB is a kind of Patch antenna that is dedicated for a satellite downlink job.
Thanks for your answer.

Hi Hans,
There are "shielding" conformal coatings available for PCBs in aerospace and satellite installations. I can't give you the specific manufacturer and product name, but a search for conformal coatings on this site (looking for products and services) or via your search engine will reveal suppliers that can meet your requirements. Good Luck!
