Tarnished white gold necklace (put in jewelry cleaner)
Was told at a jewelry counter that I could put my necklace in any jewelry cleaner. Did so and necklace came out tarnished. Tried jewelry cloth, and soaking in baking soda water. Still tarnished. Please HELP! what do I do?

You should take it to the jewelry counter where you bought it and show them the result of following their recommendation, and tell them to clean it and then give you an improved maintenance procedure. based on what they find.
