Interior Corrosion Resistant Coating for Galvanized Pipe

On the market, there are some Galvanized Pipes with Interior coating for corrosion resistant. For example, the EMT(electrical Metal Tube) for electrical wiring has interior coating (it looks like very thin and not a zinc). Can Someone tell me what materials can be used for interior coating for Galvanized Pipe? Where can we buy the materials? Where can we buy the Interior coating Machines?

Hot dip galvanizing will cover up the interior of pipes if not plugged before entering the kettle. So, I see no problem for a galvanizer to supply pipes protected in and out.
