Nickel Deposition by Simple Boiling

About 25 years ago I was using a formula for nikel deposition by simple boiling. I think it was based on nikel sulphate. Unfortunately this formula has been lost. Can anybody help me with this problem

Dear Mr JK Ibbot, Sounds like Electroless Nickel plating which uses sodium Hypophosphite as a reducer. Contact any supplier of proprietary EN Chemicals or read Wolfgang Reidel's Electroless Nickel Plating[this on on Amazonaffil links].
