Anodising-lead cathodes (RoHS legislation)
Im using sulfuric Acid anodizing solution and have Lead cathodes my question is having lead cathodes is there any chance of have traces of lead in the solution. I'm asking this as 1 of my customers need to comply to RoHS legislation which restricts certain hazardous substances and one is lead.

There has been a strong move towards aluminum cathodes in the last several years, and you might follow the trend, Jon. The source of dissolved lead, if any, may be the quality of the sulfuric acid as well as the cathodes. But I don't understand what this has to do with RoHS which is about the finished product you ship, not the processing solution.
