How to polish the alloy wheel for chrome plating

We are alloy wheel manufacturer in Thailand. We have a plan to install the plating machine in our factory. Now we trying to polish the raw wheel but it is very difficult to do and too slow.

There are a couple of ways to go here; however, based upon alternatives, I suggest you look at automating an in line buffing system. Mass finishing will work, especially drag finishing but this too is slow. Wheels are relatively big and must be handled one at a time using most methods.
