Is there an easier way to clean 8.8, 10.9 12.9 grade steel chemically?

2006

We are always have difficulty cleaning 8.8 10.9 12.9 grade steel and zinc plate them using common high cyanide zinc. We have tried all suppliers suggestions and there is no different outcome. We constantly have to strip in HCl and replate. Eventually after 4 attempts, the article plates. We do on bigger batches use an abrasive cleaner but tends to get too labour intensive. In the process we use hot alkaline cleaner, sulfuric cleaner , anodic cleaner , and pickle in HCl. What can it ask for?
I am sure this has been a problem for many platers in the past. Has any found the answer?

I'm sorry my English isn't good but try this system
1. Chemical cleaning before the line
2. Chemical hot cleaning in the line
3.hot striping H2SO4 10% temperature about 50 °C and time 5 minute
4. Striping HCl 18% 10-18 minut
5.Anodic cleaner
6.Pickle in HCl 1-4 %

And special details before baking in big cooker ( 8,8 ,10,9 ..) must be clean because if isn't it is burns and you have problem and oil after cooker will be clean ( not very but without something on the top.
