Remove paint from bath tub

I washed my paint roller out in my bath tub now I have paint stain in my tub how would I get it out. Please help!

If it is latex paint you can try a product called Goof Off this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] . Spot test first to ensure that it won't affect the tub first.

I tried the Goof Off and it didn't work. I moved into an older rental. The previous tenants "PAINTED" the porcelain tub with white latex paint! I need to know the best way to remove it. The tub is old enough to have lost it's shine but I still want to keep the tub. HELP?
