Aqueous Cleaner or Non Flammable Solvent to Flush Fuel from Metal Box Prior to Soldering

I'm looking for an aqueous cleaner or non-flammable solvent that can be used to flush out any fuel in a small metal box component before the wires of a new pump are soldered to the circuit.
