Coating other than lacquering copper and brass rolled products

Q. Copper and Brass are prone to Oxidation due to condensation of the entrapped moisture between the layers of a rolled products. Can anyone suggest me any coating for copper and brass rolled products?

A. Hi Sachin. Things you might want to investigate include sodium benzotriazole this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] and variants, and chromate conversion coating. Good luck.

Q. Sir,
We are currently using benzotriazole but can you suggest any superior metal protection?

A. And if I compose a second response, Sachin, will those efforts likewise be dismissed with another "we already tried that"? :-(

Let's do it the other way: tell us what you've tried and in what ways those attempts were unsatisfactory. What seemed to be the most promising thing you tried? Thanks.

Q. I am an engineer in a company manufacturing copper and brass rolled products, addition of arsenic during melting stage gives a good resistance to Oxidation, but the setup requires a large investment. Can I get a solution to solve the oxidation once the rolled product is ready and the resistance to the same last for a longer duration.
